Racing Incident Report
Race Seven: (156) - PO YAN HANDICAP - Class 2 - 1000Meters
RUN RUN COOL, which sustained a mild abrasion to the left hock, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on arrival at the track and found to be suitable to race.
HANDSOME BO BO, which proved difficult to load, will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test before being allowed to race again.
HANDSOME BO BO began only fairly.
SEIZING THE MOMENT was steadied on jumping to obtain a position closer to the rail.
WHIZZ KID shifted out at the start and bumped PING HAI GALAXY which then raced tight inside WE THE SOUTH which got its head up when being shifted out away from PING HAI GALAXY.
Shortly after the start, EQUALETTA BLITZ shifted out and bumped ROCK YA HEART.
Near the 950 Metres, ROCK YA HEART raced tight outside EQUALETTA BLITZ which was shifted out away from the heels of CLASSIC UNICORN which itself shifted out when being ridden along.
HARMONY AND RICH had some difficulty obtaining clear running rounding the Home Turn and at the entrance to the Home Straight was shifted out to obtain clear running between ROCK YA HEART and PING HAI GALAXY.
Passing the 200 Metres, EQUALETTA BLITZ was momentarily eased away from the heels of ROCK YA HEART which shifted in.
Approaching and passing the 100 Metres, HARMONY AND RICH raced in restricted room between PING HAI GALAXY and EQUALETTA BLITZ which shifted out.
Close to the finishing line, PING HAI GALAXY was shifted in away from the heels of HANDSOME BO BO (H Bentley) which shifted in under pressure.
H Bentley was reprimanded and told to ensure that he makes more endeavour to prevent his mounts from shifting ground in similar circumstances than he did on this occasion.
For the majority of the race, PING HAI GALAXY travelled wide and without cover.
A veterinary inspection of CLASSIC UNICORN and SEIZING THE MOMENT immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
WHIZZ KID and ROCK YA HEART were sent for sampling.

Whizz Kid shot clear up on straightening after he shared the lead one off the fence with Classic Unicorn. He set a new class record to remain unbeaten in his four runs over this course and distance, and he can win again over this Valley trip. Rock Ya Heart just held off Handsome Bo Bo after moving to second near the 100m following his one-off-the-rail run in midfield. He has run well both times over this Valley journey. Handsome Bo Bo finished nicely down the outside to just miss second following his tardy beginning. The old-timer has run creditably to place once at each track from three outings this term. Ping Hai Galaxy stayed on for fourth without menacing the top three after his widewithout- cover trip in midfield. He is racing well. We The South came up flat over the last 100m after he chased the speed one off the fence from gate 10, He could not build on his near win on the dirt last time out. Equaletta Blitz came up one paced after his handy run along the fence. He is not good enough at this level. Seizing The Moment never landed a blow from the rear of the field.
