Racing Incident Report
Race Eleven: (431) - KUNG HEI HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1600Meters
FANTASTIC SHOW began only fairly and then lost ground after shifting out and bumping the hindquarters of VITRALITE.
As the start was effected, CASIMIRO lifted its front feet off the ground.
CHEVALIER PRINCE began awkwardly from the outside barrier and then was steadied to obtain cover in the early stages.
From a wide barrier, LEADING FORTUNE was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
In the early and middle stages, HARMONY WIN WIN travelled keenly in the lead.
Near the 600 Metres, LEADING FORTUNE was shifted out away from the heels of CHEVALIER PRINCE after being awkwardly placed behind that horse.
Passing the 300 Metres, CASIMIRO was shifted in a number of horses to obtain clear running.
In the Straight, LEADING FORTUNE lay in and near the 100 Metres was directed out away from SACRED IBIS which was racing tight inside the heels of LEADING FORTUNE.
Then over the concluding stages, LEADING FORTUNE continued to lay in under pressure and proved difficult to ride.
A veterinary inspection of CHEVALIER PRINCE immediately following the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse's trachea.
SUPER FOOTBALL, PRECISE EXPRESS and RIGHT CHOICE and were sent for sampling.

Additional Veterinary Reports from Happy Valley Racemeeting on 10 February 2021 Subsequent official veterinary inspections (without endoscopy) of JOYFUL WIN, TRAVEL DATUK, PRESIDENT STAR, TREASURE CHEST, DIONYSUS COLLIN, OWNERS' STAR, SUNNY STAR, WEALTHY DELIGHT, DAILY BEAUTY, JOLLY GOOD HEART, GLORIOUS LOVER, GALLANT CROWN, RIGHT HONOURABLE, STOCK LEGEND, SPONTANEOUS, ROMANTIC TROVE, KURPANY, FLYING GENIUS, EQUALETTA BLITZ and KA YING MASTER revealed no apparent abnormality.

Favourite Super Football finished strongly down the middle to grab victory 60m out after settling fifth last with cover from a wide gate. Precise Express made good ground from towards the rear to finish level for second with Right Choice. He's not easy to get right but is capable of big runs over this trip. Right Choice settled a distant second behind Harmony Win Win, claimed the lead 200m out and kept on gamely to share the quinella spot. It was his best run this season. Helene Wisdom Star ran on well from behind midfield to just edge Leading Fortune for a quartet spot. He's filled the frame in three of his past four starts. Punted late, Leading Fortune closed well down the outside after biding his time third last from a wide gate. He has continued to find the line well in back-to-back runs in this grade from outside draws. Supported late, King's Capital ran on steadily without menacing following a one-off trip in midfield. He's not far off a winning run.
