Racing Incident Report
Race Eight: (415)-TAI HING HANDICAP - Class 2 - 1200Metres
PERPETUAL TREASURE began awkwardly and then was bumped by SANGRIA which shifted out.Because of this PERPETUAL TREASURE raced back in the field.
LINE SEEKER shifted out at the start and bumped the hindquarters of PABLOSKY.
From the outside barrier, TURF SPRINT was steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.
Approaching the 1000 Metres, MALMSTEEN got its head up when being steadied to obtain cover behind CLEVER BEAVER.
Approaching the 600 Metres, MALMSTEEN again got its head up and shifted out when awkwardly placed close to the heels of CLEVER BEAVER.
Passing the 400 Metres, KEEN VENTURE was directed to the outside of MALMSTEEN to obtain clear running.
Close to the finishing line, the whip of H W Lai (SKY HERO) was knocked from his grasp by the whip of N Rawiller (TURF SPRINT) which was racing tight inside LUCKY EVER.
HOUSE OF FUN and LINE SEEKER were sent for sampling.

Favourite House Of Fun enjoyed a lovely run behind the leaders and took control 200m out for a fourth win from 11 outings. The lightweight helped offset a rise in class but he's proving a real specialist over this trip. Line Seeker let down well from behind midfield to grab second carrying a big weight. The blinkers produced a positive result. Golden Harvest just held on for a placing after moving to second 100m out. He's near a bottom. Keen Venture was finishing up well down the outside after travelling fourth from the rear. He's shown some potential in his four starts and it will only be a matter of time before he salutes the judge. Lucky Ever was really getting going late in the last 100m after making his run behind Line Seeker to just finish outside a Quartet spot. It wasn't a bad run after a rise in weight for a last-start win.
