Race Five: (276)-ROBIN'S NEST HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1400Metres
ISLAND GARDEN began only fairly.LUCKY DAN and PLAIN BLUE BANNER bumped at the start.
Shortly after the start, TONES got its head up when being steadied to obtain cover.
From wide barriers, MAGICAL BEAM and GRASSLAND DRAGON were shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Approaching the 1000 Metres, TONES again got its head up on a number of occasions when proving difficult to settle.
Passing the 900 Metres, TONES was steadied away from the heels of SPARKLING SWORD.
Approaching the 100 Metres, CHARITY KINGDOM shifted in under pressure.
Over the final 100 Metres, UNIQUE HAPPIEST shifted ground outwards when being ridden out.
For the majority of the race, both LUCKY DAN and MEDIC SWORDSMAN travelled wide and without cover.
CHARITY KINGDOM and UNIQUE HAPPIEST were sent for sampling.

Favourite Charity Kingdom was posted four deep third from the rear with cover, swung the final bend and finished willingly despite laying in under pressure to snatch victory by a nostril from the late-plunged Unique Happiest for a first win from eight starts. Unique Happiest nearly landed the plunge when finding the front 60m out following a prominent run along the rails in an improved performance. Sunny Pearl jumped alertly to dictating the running at a steady clip, and was grudgingly giving way late under a big weight. Tones kept on alright after travelling effectively one-out. Sparkling Sword came up one-paced three deep under the whip at the 250m. Island Garden made a steady bid without menacing following a rail's run in midfield. Plain Blue Banner failed to lift when popped the question.
