Racing Incident Report
Race Six: (163)-PANASONIC 4K WEARABLE CAMERA HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1400Metres
SMART PLANET began awkwardly and then shortly after the start was checked away from the heels of UP AND COMING which shifted out abruptly.As the start was effected, STAR MAJESTIC lifted its front feet off the ground and shortly after the start was crowded for room between KING OF PATCH and TOM'S CHARM which shifted out.
Near the 900 Metres, SMART PLANET got its head up and proved difficult to settle when being checked away from the heels of KING OF PATCH.
Approaching the 700 Metres, STAR MAJESTIC was steadied away from the heels of BEAUTY JOURNEY.
At the 400 Metres, MARK TWO was steadied when held up for clear running behind REALLY THE BEST.
Near the 250 Metres, SMART PLANET raced tight between HAPPY CHAMPION and BEST JADE TRIUMPH which shifted out.
After the 200 Metres, BEAUTY JOURNEY got its head on the side, shifted in and brushed TOM'S CHARM.
Throughout the race, REALLY THE BEST travelled wide and without cover.
A veterinary inspection of BEST JADE TRIUMPH immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
MARK TWO, BEAUTY JOURNEY and STAR MAJESTIC were sent for sampling.

Beauty Journey made his run one off in fourth, advanced to the front four deep at the 250m, repelled a challenge by Tom's Charm and just held off the late surge of early favourite Star Majestic in a blanket finish. Star Majestic settled worse than midfield and one off the rails, rounded the final bend five deep and eventually got going over the final 150m to make it a thriller on the line. He's crying out for a mile distance. Tom's Charm sat second behind the out-right leader Novel Start, worked to a narrow lead at the 300m and went down fighting. Plunged late to start favourite Mark Two was held up early straight following a rail's run behind midfield and really powered home late make it close on the wire. Up And Coming kept on well to just finish out of the placings after a box-seat run with the addition of cheek pieces and tongue-tie. King Of Patch ran on steadily from behind midfield with two wider out. Genuine Champion only held his ground following a rail's run in midfield with every chance.
