A spokeswoman for Ryze Ultimate Trampoline Park on Wednesday said staff were investigating the cause of the accident, a day after a 17-year-old teen suffered a head injury when he collided with a 14-year-old boy.

“As we delve deeper into this incident, we are committed to continuously improving our protocols and implementing enhanced safety measures to minimise injuries,” she said.

The spokeswoman said the two boys were injured when they “accidentally collided while jumping on the same trampoline” on Tuesday at the venue, which is located on Java Road in Quarry Bay. Police noted the accident happened at around 3pm.
