This Christmas, the restaurant features some of its finest grill items. Its Christmas set dinner (HK$588 per person) includes starters of beef tartare and sauce gribiche served with cured egg yolk, sage and grilled sourdough, mains of grilled USDA hanger steak served with asparagus in truffle butter and signature steak sauce, and desserts such as raspberry and vanilla macaroon trifle served with maraschino drunken berries.

The newly opened Arbor offers guests this Christmas a French fine-dining experience with a creative “Finnish touch”. Finnish chef de cuisine Eric Räty takes us to his beautiful homeland via French cooking techniques and premium ingredients sourced mainly from Japan, including marbled Waygu beef, king crab, sea urchin, and seasonal fruits like Dekopon oranges and Amaou strawberries.
