The French luxury goods brand has reinvented the pumps for Italian creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri's fall 2019 collection.
Each shoe, which requires no less than 230,000 embroidery stitches, is now made – for the first time – from a single, seamless piece of fabric. One pair of shoes, with the emblematic white J’Adior ribbon and 10 centimetre- (4-inch-) high lambskin heel, takes more than nine hours to produce, which is a testament to the meticulous level of detail the fashion house pays to its creations.
