After meeting at a party while Beth was on a blind date, the couple dated for seven years before tying the knot; 20 years on, they’re still going strong and even renewed their vows on Ellen in 2019

He might be best known for his outspoken antics as a famous radio host but off the air, “shock jock” Howard Stern is a little less chaotic, having been in a stable, committed relationship for more than 20 years.

After dating for seven years, Beth Ostrosky Stern married the Private Parts star in 2008 and the pair claim to be happily married to this day. In a 2019 interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Beth said that despite ongoing rumours of trouble in their relationship, she’d enjoyed “20 years of marital bliss” and was “setting the record straight here. I love my Howard”.

For his part, the former America’s Got Talent judge wrote in his 2019 book Howard Stern Comes Again, “Sometimes I’ll look at her and think, ‘Is this really happening? How could this person love me?’ I guess that’s the definition of a dream girl, and 19 years in, I still feel that way about her.”

She’s a former actress and model

Raised in Pennsylvania, Beth Ostrosky attended the University of Pittsburgh before moving to New York to chase her dream of being a model. She was featured on numerous magazine covers and ranked on FHM’s Top 100 Sexiest Women of the Year list for several years.

She also appeared in the 1996 comedy Flirting with Disaster with Ben Stiller, and snagged additional credits in the 2000 romcom Whipped as well as the TV series All My Children and Less than Perfect.

She’s a passionate animal rights activist

Discussing her husband’s comments in his book, Beth gushed to Closer Weekly, “It’s just the sweetest thing in the world, and I just can’t even believe that he wrote the things that he wrote, and so yes, I read it over and over and over again.”
