The royals are said to favour the stingy treatment from English beautician Deborah Mitchell. She is said to use only fresh venom, per Vogue Australia, which can mimic the effects of a bee sting, resulting in increased collagen production, better blood circulation and boosted anti-ageing properties for the skin.

Mitchell told British media that she does “all the royals” and this includes Kate Middleton, as well as Camilla and Charles, and A-list celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Gwyneth Paltrow and Victoria Beckham.

2. LED light therapy

According to Hello! magazine, Meghan Markle’s secret to her glowing complexion is said to be all thanks to LED light therapy, a beauty treatment lauded for its benefits on the skin and overall wellness. Per Marie Claire UK, the process combines different types of LED light that targets blemishes and skin irritation, visible signs of ageing and inflammation. It functions like a facial: it’s non-invasive, and rejuvenates and heals the skin. Each session lasts for only about 20 minutes – perfect for busy royals and celebs, too.
