Café de Paris Monte-Carlo’s first outlet in Asia has opened in the Diamond Lobby area of Galaxy Macau. This French restaurant offers some of the signature dishes from its flagship outlet, which was founded in 1868 in Monaco and is well-known for its brasserie ambience.

The Parisian-inspired café is designed in an elegant Belle Époque style and features an exhibition area dedicated to the Monaco Grand Prix. Its executive chef, Sylvain Perraut, has over 30 years’ culinary experience and offers a menu featuring French and Mediterranean dishes. This Macau restaurant also offers a handful of Asian dishes, such as Yangzhou fried rice and Hainanese chicken rice.

We first ordered duck liver terrine on brioche as a starter. Served with warm and slightly sweet French bread, the buttery French delicacy was appetising.
