For decades, Vivar Printing has been the leading print partner of major international publishers of a wide variety of products from textbooks and scientific journals to calendars and marketing materials. By adapting to clients’ evolving demand, complying with the global market’s new personalised requirements and investing in technology and people, the family-owned company has exceeded customer expectations and created long-term relationships with clients.

“Vivar’s investment in advanced technology and systems know-how has allowed us to offer competitive cost and flexibility in meeting customer requests for shorter turnaround times,” says managing director Cheong Kok Wai.

Vivar produces all books from simple saddle-stitched to complicated oversized and undersized books. The company’s strengths have driven its export growth. With about 80 per cent of revenues coming from overseas, Vivar supports clients from Britain and other European countries, Pakistan, Australia, Singapore, Africa, the United States, Japan and Brazil.

“Together with potential partners, we would like to see Vivar tap into the resources and connections leading to other regions of the world, offering a complete and integrated mix of services beyond publication,” Cheong says.
